Our 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh is for those who want to truly study the teachings of yoga in depth, especially from the age-old traditional Himalayan yoga tradition. It's a big commitment, but you'll learn a lot through our integrated approach. In this training, you choose to do two full courses: first a 200-hour training and then a 300-hour training.
There is a short break between both courses where you can rest, practice teaching, and study on your own. This break is important because it helps you assimilate what you learned in the first course. and prepare for the next course.
