Frequently Asked Questions

At Rishikesh Yog Dham we offer the 200 Hour TTC, the 300 Hour TTC and the 500 Hour Yoga TTC. If you have some yoga experience or even are new to yoga, you are able to enroll in the 200 TTC. It is suitable for both a fresher and an intermediate level as it is a foundational program. After completion, you will be qualified to register with Yoga Alliance as an RYT200 with a globally recognized accreditation.

The 300 Hour TTC is an advanced program, ideally for students who have already completed the 200 Hour TTC. This course is designed to deepen your understanding of yoga and take your teaching to the next level and open greater opportunities for your own practice of yoga as a way of life.

The 500 Hour TTC is the full completion of both the 200 and 300 Hour YTTCs, so you will graduate as a highly-specialized yoga teacher uniquely qualified and equipped with yogic philosophy.

The only prerequisite for our students is that they have an open and curious mind and want to learn and to grow in their time here. Although some basic yoga knowledge is beneficial, we have found that the process of unlearning and relearning takes place for many of our students, who know the asanas but not the meanings behind them. We have students with no experience whatsoever on mats alongside students with years of experience, with our teachers incredibly skilled to balance the range of knowledge.

200 Hour TTC – $1450 USD for private accommodation, $1300 USD for shared accommodation

300 Hour TTC – $1850 USD for private accommodation, $1700 USD for shared accommodation

500 Hour TTC – $3300 USD for private accommodation, $3000 USD for shared accommodation

Each course total cost covers the tuition, accommodation with a private room and bathroom, three vegetarian meals per day and Sunday excursions.

To give the maximum individual attention and contact time to our students, we restrict each batch size to 12-15 students.
